Dear Parents, Please note that our listing of diary dates is very minimal as many of our usual dates to include assemblies, meetings etc have not been arranged due to the uncertain times still ahead of us. As things get better we will add further dates to keep you all informed. Thank you
Tuesday 1 - Reminder, Staff Training Day. NO CHILDREN IN SCHOOL.
Wednesday 2 - Term starts for Y1 and Y2 pupils. Reminder - all holidays, delayed flights, children overseas, all absences will automatically be unauthorised.
Thursday 3 - Term starts for some Reception pupils. All parents have been informed of their child's start date.
OCTOBER - Walk to School Month
Wednesday 14 - Nasal Flu vaccinations for pupils except Nursery. It is your responsibility to inform the Head Teacher in writing if you do not
wish your child to be vaccinated. This is still going ahead and you will be sent, via email, a consent form to fill in and return.
Half Term - Week Beginning 26 October - 30 October
Sunday 1 - Feast of All Saints
Monday 2 - Reminder, Staff Training Day. NO CHILDREN IN SCHOOL
Tuesday 3 - All children return to school.
Sunday 8 - Remembrance Sunday
Monday 9 - NSPCC assembly for pupils has been arranged for today. This will now be a virtual assembly.
Sunday 29 - First Sunday in Advent
Monday 30 - Feast of St Andrew (Scotland).
Monday 14 - Party day for all the children £2.00 per child. Money, in a sealed envelope (child’s name on) to the teacher week beginning 30 November please.
Thursday 17 - Nursery pupils ONLY, finish TODAY at the usual times.
Friday 18 - END OF AUTUMN TERM 2020. School closes promptly at 1.00pm. Please be on time. Any latecomers please report to the office.
SPRING TERM 2021
Monday 4 - Reminder, Staff Training Day. NO CHILDREN IN SCHOOL.
Tuesday 5 - All children return to school. Reminder - all holidays, delayed flights, children overseas, all absences will automatically be unauthorised.
Wednesday 6 - Feast of the Epiphany.
Half-Term - Week Beginning 15 February - 19 February
Walk to School second half of the term, at least on Wednesday!!!

Monday 19 - All children return to school.
Friday 23 - St George’s Day, The children may wear their ‘own’ clothes, red and white please. Also please send in £1 per pupil with all children. This money will be donated to school funds. As many of you will be aware our budget has declined in recent years so it is absolutely vital that EVERY family contributes towards the Governors Fund as well as ‘own’ clothes days. Thank you for your continued support.
Monday 3 - May Day Bank Holiday, school closed.
Tuesday 4 - All children in school.
Thursday 13 - Ascension Thursday, Feast of the Ascension of Our Lord.
Tuesday 25 - Both Y2 classes hope to visit the Environmental Centre in Barnet. They will return to school for normal home time pick up. Details to follow.
Friday 28 - Barnet Dance Festival. Unfortunately this event will be held virtually this year, but hopefully still enjoyable and worthwhile for the children taking part.
HALF - TERM week beginning Monday 31 May - Friday 4 June
Monday 7 - School re-opens for all children. Drama 4 All visit today for Rec - Y2 children. Theme: Under the Sea.
Thursday 17 - Fire Safety Workshops for Y2 children to be held virtually.
Wednesday 23 - Braiswick Photographers in school. We would usually have had photographers in school in March. The children will all be in their Summer uniforms and we would not want parents to miss out on photos being taken especially for Reception Classes in their first year at school (although nearly finished) and our Y2 children who will be leaving us and transferring to The Annunciation Junior School.
Thursday 8 - PE Summer Roadshow Festival to be held in school for KS1 classes.
Monday 19 - School closes for Nursery children at the usual times.
Tuesday 20 - School closes for all other children.
Wednesday 21 - School Development Day for Staff.
